Esteemed Company,
I write on behalf of the Sport Man s.r.l.s. contesting and specifying what happened last April 18, 2018.
On that date I purchased, following the regular procedure foreseen by the site http://www.prodirectsport.com/,
the Superleggera Royal LC Pantofole D'Oro order number 11010086 for € 170.00.
I entered all the payment and shipping details requested and sent the purchase.
The portal has regularly taken the above sum and then sent me an e-mail boasting absolutely false things
and requiring a further payment (in addition to the one already occurred) in addition to blocking the order.
In light of the foregoing I immediately responded to this communication by asking, kindly, the reason for these requests
given my accuracy in making the aforementioned purchase but nothing has been answered to date (nor was the sum paid to me returned).
With this, therefore, I am to request the immediate return of the amount paid by me no later than 24 hours from receipt of this.
I am truly stunned by the way you work.
